Notes on performance:
The survey was brilliant, I received all my results back within the two day period allocated.
Tasks:
Structure and navigation - Completed on time.
Accessibility and style - Completed on time.
Initial design - Completed on time.
Storyboards - Completed on time.
Development process explanation - Completed on time.
1st prototype (version 1.0) - Took longer than expected, problem with navigational system.
PSD questionnaire - Started late, completed later than scheduled.
Analysis of feedback - One of the partners was busy preparing for Easter, took longer than expected.
Document changes - Completed in set time but later than scheduled.
2nd prototype (version 2.0) - Completed in set time but later than scheduled.
End-user questionnaire - Completed but later than scheduled. Contingency day used up.
Notes on performance:
This week several serious set backs occurred. The first was during the creation of the 1st prototype. After positioning the elements to achieve the desired layout, I had trouble getting the navigation (unordered list) to align correctly. This was eventually overcome with some tedious tweaking but a lot of time was lost. Due to this 3 tasks have been pushed over to next week and the contingency day (15th of April) was used.

Notes on performance:
I've done very well this week notwithstanding the fact that I inherited 3 extra tasks and a couple of personal problems cropped up during its course. Still slightly behind my schedule but because some allowance for contingencies was built-in, finishing the project on time shouldn't be a problem.
