Below are the questions I asked Mrs Hollands (they have GUI focus):

I also asked if there were any other issues she had with the design.

Analysis of feedback

The client's feedback was very positive but she did have some points of concern.

She also did specify the following significant changes that she wanted to be made.

Other than those concerns she was very pleased with the progress I had made by this initial prototype.

My own evaluation of version 1.0 - how well does it meet requirements?

Because I am using the evolutionary-delivery model, this prototype does not even come near to meeting the requirements defined in the functional specification. In point of fact that wasn't its intention. However, it does "retrieve the sermon information" (the first processing requirement) effectively and outputs changes made to the . This gives me confidence in refining the code and the form layout knowing that interaction with XML has been achieved using VBA.
